She focuses on organisational transformation, talent development, and growth strategies, and is also a speaker, leadership coach, and author of The Death of Best Practices.

Eugene Chong is the Career Products Leader at Mercer Singapore, specialising in rewards, compensation, and global mobility. With over a decade of experience in consulting and corporate HR, he advises on job evaluation, salary benchmarking, incentive design, and performance management. He has led sector-wide wage studies and frameworks in Singapore, and regularly conducts workshops on rewards design and Mercer’s International Position Evaluation methodology.

She holds a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology and a degree in Communication Studies from NTU.
