Since 2007, Singapore Archifest (SGAF) has brought together architects, students, and design enthusiasts to explore how we design, build, and experience the city.
The 20th edition, themed Convergence: Design, Theme and Variations, frames the festival as a meeting point of scales, voices, and approaches-bridging making and thinking, memory and invention, individual authorship and collective practice, and local and global exchange.
This year’s programme highlights how architectural knowledge is formed across studios, practices, classrooms, and everyday life, exploring craft, collaboration, and insight in creating spaces that honour cultural legacies while addressing today’s urban realities.
Complemented by contributions from past festival directors, SGAF26 also serves as both an archive of ideas and a laboratory for future practice. Join us to consider how the next chapter of architectural thinking can be shaped collectively!
